Product Introduction

From an environmental standpoint, Kaihua Logistics & Environmental Technology manufacturing plant is able to provide premium products and services through our strong industrial design abilities and high-quality mold manufacturing capabilities. We offer solutions and mould making for dustbins, pallets, crates, and more. Our moulds are mainly exported to clients in Europe and the American market, with a large mould weight up to 90 tons. We are capable of making dustbin moulds ranging from 40L to 3200L.

With our rich experience gained year by year, our moulds have very fast cycle times and long mould life. We can provide moulding solutions for industrial crates as well as large agricultural crates. By deeply studying how to easily change versions, we help our clients to save mould and production costs. Whether it's a small, easy-to-handle pallet or a clean, stable pallet for food hygiene, our moulds are always built with short cycle times and easy changeability. Meanwhile, we can provide service for dynamic and static loading analysis.

Currently, we are cooperating with IPL Group, Tri-wall, OTTO, and Nongfu Spring for long-term relationships.
